Bedouin Flying Fez

The Fifth Annual Flying Fez Wine Festival , scheduled for Saturday February 23rd, 2008 from 11am to 8pm , looks to be the biggest yet !

The event includes sampling award winning wines from 11 different Oklahoma wineries , listening to the fine music of Mike Dunn and friends , authentic and delicious Italian fare from Napoli's Restaurant and enjoying fashion shows by Coburn's Tuxedos and Dillards .

Whispering Meadows has informed us that they will be releasing 3 new wines at this years event . The first is a crisp Chardonnay called 'Worth the Wait' . The second is a Merlot , 'Choctaw Avenue' , a deep ruby wine with a slight hint of plum . The third is 'Landrun', a sharp citrus flavor with a smooth finish . Stableridge Vineyards has informed us that this event will be the only time this year that their 'Jeremiah's Red' and 'Chenin Blanc' , both International Gold Medal winning wines , will be available at the same time .
